Just North on Route 28 of the intersection of Upper County Road and Route 28.

From Route 6, take exit 9, Route 134 South. At third traffic light, take a left onto Upper County Rd. Turn right on Telegraph Rd. Mid-Cape Garage Will Be Up on the Left Corner.
